here you go with Ann Daniels feedback on your idea:
The home page is eye catching and I like the use of images and video to tell a story. obviously the expedition is for the Arctic and not the Antarctic but that can easily be changed. My slight hesitation with all the differing aspects such as tips, new pictures, A day in …. could be very high maintenance when time is of the essence and I am out of civilisation for such long periods of time, Again I like the twitter feed which is a relatively quick way of getting new info up there.
Am still in talks with a potential title sponsor so the donate button may become more about donating to the chosen charity but again this can be changed as that decision is made. I do like the soft feel of the home page which is a hard thing to do for a polar expedition website.

I'll make the changes for the Arctic....
About all the news and update, the idea was to keep the website alive as much as it is possible to be to attract more donators on the project ( though I really understand that an everyday update will be quite impossible due to the exceptionnal conditions...)
And for the feeling, the idea was to focus on Ann and her experience, as a woman.
Again, I really appreciate your feedback!
